What to Expect During Your Stand Up Paddle Lesson and Tour

We offer morning and afternoon SUP lessons in Kauai. Our surf lessons are offered daily at 8 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 11 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 2 p.m., and 3:30 p.m. Each lesson lasts 90 minutes.

Our SUP lesson and tour is all inclusive. We provide everything you need to get started stand up paddling in Hanalei Bay, including:

• High-quality paddleboard
• Paddle & leash
• Protective rash guard (upon request)
• 15-30 minutes of beach practice covering: paddleboard safety and technique, standing up, catching waves, positioning, and surf etiquette
• 60+ minutes in the water with a professional SUP instructor

Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that we have a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. Our time slots are limited and in high-demand. Our surf lessons commence rain or shine. On the rare occurrence of unsafe or poor surfing conditions, we will gladly refund or reschedule your lesson.
